The Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Authority has launched the final stage of consultations for the next Local Plan and is holding one of their public consultations in the Grafton Centre at the Cambridge Room.

The Proposed Submission Local Plan shows where new homes and workplaces could be built over the next 20 years, and how essential community facilities and infrastructure would support this expected growth. Once adopted, the joint Local Plan will become the statutory development plan for Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.
